Product Policy
All products sold by Asghar Furniture are brand new, unused, and primarily handcrafted, with some imported items. Ownership of products remains with Asghar Furniture until full payment is received. While we strive for accuracy in product dimensions, colors, and images (within a 5% tolerance), minor variations may occur due to screen settings and material finishes. Any concerns about color, size, or material must be clarified before placing an order. Asghar Furniture is not liable for differences that fall within the acceptable margin.
Product Categories
- Ready-to-Ship Items : These products are available in selected sizes and colors and are stored in our warehouse. Delivery usually takes place within 2 working days. Larger or more complex orders may take up to 4 working days. Any stock-related delay will be communicated through email, WhatsApp, or a phone call.
- Made-to-Order Items :Custom products are crafted at our in-house facility, supervised by professionals. Customization options include size, fabric, color, wood type (MDF, solid wood, veneer), and leg design. Standard production and delivery take about 7 working days, though delays may occur due to material unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you accordingly.
Delivery Methods
- Self-Delivery : Our professional delivery team will deliver, unpack, assemble the items in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging materials.
- Courier Delivery: For smaller or remote deliveries, we use third-party couriers. These deliveries are made to your building entrance only. You are responsible for carrying and placing the item inside your premises.
Delivery Guidelines
Our delivery team ensures safe placement of products. However, tight hallways, staircases, or elevators can pose challenges. If needed, we may request a limited liability approval from you before proceeding. Customers must ensure that elevator sizes are suitable for the purchased furniture.
Delivery Approvals
If your building or community requires delivery approval, such as a move-in permit or gate pass, you are responsible for arranging this. Please submit the required documents at least 24 working hours in advance to your sales executive or email them to info@asgharfurniture.ae.
Delivery Scheduling
- Customers must confirm their delivery date with our logistics team at least 48 hours in advance.
If a delivery is missed or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment, re-delivery charges will apply.
Customer Pick-Up
- Customers may pick up their orders directly from the warehouse with 48 hours’ prior notice.
- A valid invoice copy and government-issued ID must be presented.
Once collected, the responsibility for safe transport and handling lies solely with the customer or their courier.
Delivery Timeline & Exceptions
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of purchase. However, delays may occur due to weather, technical, traffic, or other unforeseen reasons. Our team will contact you on the morning of your scheduled delivery. If you are unavailable or unreachable, a re-delivery fee may apply. Cancellation due to delivery delay requires management approval.
Delivery Refusals
We request customers not to reject deliveries due to minor delays or small defects. If an issue is found, report it to our team within 24 hours for resolution. Unjustified refusals may result in storage charges. Waivers may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
Behavior
We maintain a strict policy against abuse or unprofessional behavior towards our staff. Any threats or misconduct may result in legal action.
Shipping Limitations
Additional charges may apply if:
- The delivery location is inaccessible by standard vehicles
- Alternative transportation (e.g., boat) is required
- Items must be carried above two flights of stairs without elevator access
Paid Delivery Areas
Certain locations are subject to additional delivery charges due to distance or special logistical requirements. These charges will be clearly displayed during checkout on our website or communicated in-store at the time of purchase.

Delivery Preparation
To ensure a smooth delivery, customers must:
- Provide accurate address and contact details
- Ensure an adult (18+) is available at delivery time
- Clear hallways and access paths
- Arrange for vehicle access and parking
- Keep pets away from the delivery area
Measuring for Delivery
Before placing an order, please ensure that all access points doors, staircases, elevators, and hallways can accommodate your furniture. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to size restrictions. Key measurements include:
- Door frame width and height
- Hallway and ceiling height
- Elevator interior dimensions
- Staircase width and angle
Return Policy
At Asghar Furniture LLC, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, beautifully crafted furniture made to your specifications. Because most of our products are custom-made, returns are generally limited and carefully managed to ensure fairness for all our customers.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To maintain hygiene, quality, and customization standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or Made-to-Order Products: Items specifically designed or altered according to your personal requirements, including size, fabric, color, or style.
- Assembled or Disassembled Items: Furniture that has been assembled or disassembled after delivery.
- Used Mattresses, Bedding, and Linens: For health and hygiene reasons, any opened or used bedding products such as mattresses, pillows, bed linens, duvets, and similar items cannot be returned.
- Installed or Altered Products: Items that have been installed or modified after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Products Without Original Packaging: To be considered for return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Return Eligibility and Process
We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to assist you with genuine concerns. Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, our skilled technical team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the claim.
- If the product was damaged during delivery, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We kindly ask you to provide clear photos or videos to support your claim.
Once your request is received, our customer service and technical teams will work closely with you to assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
Refund Policy
- All purchases made from Asghar Furniture LLC are considered final. Refund requests are subject to management approval and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The refunded amount will be subject to deductions for any applicable transaction fees, processing charges, or service costs incurred.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source used during the purchase, whether by bank transfer, credit/debit card, online payment gateway, or Easy Payment Plan (EPP).
- We advise customers to thoroughly review their orders prior to confirming, as products are custom-made and cancellations or refunds are limited.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us through our official communication channels.
- For cancellations where payment was made via credit/debit card, online payment gateway, or Easy Payment Plan (EPP), a 5% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.
- If the payment was made via cash or direct bank transfer, the customer is eligible for a full refund with no deductions.
- Once production or manufacturing of the item has started, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances, as the products are custom-made for the customer.
- We advise all customers to carefully review their orders before confirming the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
Note: Custom-made products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any condition.
Promotion Policy
At Asghar Furniture LLC, we value our customers and are pleased to offer exciting promotions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern participation in our Spin the Wheel promotion.
Free Customization
- Customers are eligible for free customization up to a maximum value of AED 500.
- MDF materials are excluded from this offer.
- Fabric upgrades are permitted only from a designated label, as specified by Asghar Furniture LLC.
Fabric Upgrade
- All fabric upgrade choices must be made exclusively from the specified fabric label provided by the company.
Spin the Wheel Promotion
- This promotion applies to all current Summer Offers as well as any ongoing promotions at the time of purchase.
- To qualify for participation, customers must have a minimum invoice value of AED 2,999.
Next Bill Discount Offers
- Customers who win a discount through the promotion will receive one of the following rewards:
- AED 200 Off their next bill – no minimum purchase required.
- AED 500 Off their next bill – no minimum purchase required.
Warehouse Policy
At Asghar Furniture LLC, we maintain strict warehouse procedures to ensure safe storage and smooth dispatch of all products. Please review the following guidelines:
Storage Duration
- Orders can be stored in our warehouse free of charge for up to 14 calendar days once they are ready for delivery.
- After this period, storage charges of AED 25 per cubic meter per day (or part thereof) will apply.
- Extended storage beyond the free period is subject to management approval and depends on warehouse capacity.
Storage Conditions
- Products are stored in a secure and climate-controlled facility to maintain quality.
- Asghar Furniture LLC is not liable for any deterioration, wear, or damage resulting from extended storage beyond the free holding period
Damage & Liability
- During the free storage period, Asghar Furniture LLC ensures all products remain in perfect condition. Any damage caused by our staff during this time will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- Once products are released for delivery or collection, Asghar Furniture LLC accepts no liability for damages that occur during transit, handling, or external storage.
Abandoned Orders
- Orders not collected or delivered within 30 days of readiness (without prior arrangement) may be considered abandoned.
- In such cases, Asghar Furniture LLC reserves the right to:
- Deduct applicable storage and handling fees from any refundable amount, or Forfeit the order entirely without refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Asghar Furniture LLC provides a 1-year structural warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- This warranty applies exclusively to the structural integrity of furniture frames and structures, ensuring that your purchase is built to last.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, stains, fading, cushions, fillings, fabrics, springs, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, relocation, poor maintenance, exposure to moisture, or direct sunlight.
- Altered products or unauthorized repairs are also excluded from coverage.
- To make a warranty claim, customers must report the issue within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the defect. Our technical team will inspect and verify the claim, and if approved, Asghar Furniture will repair or replace the affected item at its discretion, free of charge.
